程梦元，女，中共党员，讲师，硕士研究生导师，吉林大学管理学博士，新加坡国立大学联合培养博士，主要从事数字化工程管理、项目治理、组织行为等方面的教学与科研工作。在《管理学报》《Journal of Construction Engineering and Management》《Journal of Civil Engineering and Management》《Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management》《Environment, Development and Sustainability》等国内外高水平期刊发表论文20余篇，担任多个国内外专业领域重要期刊匿名审稿人。主持陕西省自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省哲学社会专项青年项目、陕西省教育厅科学研究项目。
